Beckham’s Haig Club whisky ad launches

The first advertising campaign for Diageo and David Beckham’s Haig Club Scotch whisky has launched along with the product itself in Singapore travel retail.

David Beckham’s Haig Club whisky has launched in Singapore travel retail, revealed the brand’s advertising campaign for the first time

Haig Club, a single grain no-age-statement Scotch whisky created at the Cameronbridge distillery, was launched by UK drinks giant Diageo, footballing icon David Beckham, and music mogul Simon Fuller in April this year.

The brand is now available for the first time in travel retail at Singapore’s Changi Airport, where customers will be invited to try various signature Haig Club cocktails.

As part of this launch, Haig Club advertisements featuring David Beckham will be unveiled to the public for the first time.

“Haig Club is a brand built on heritage and tradition, and designed for our modern world,” said Doug Bagley, managing director of Diageo Global Travel and Middle East (GTME).

“We’ve worked with our industry partners, DFS and Changi Airport Group, to ensure that the discerning travellers in Changi Airport are among the first in the world to experience Haig Club, with an exclusive and compelling shopping experience that offers an immersive, ground-breaking introduction to the brand and all the whisky has to offer.”

Haig Club, which also launched in London’s Selfridges in July, is bottled at 40% abv and carries an RRP of £40.
