Azteca Azul Tequila launches in UK
Two expressions of a new blue agave Tequila imported by Emporia Brands are now available to purchase online in the UK.
Azteca Azul Tequila is now available in the UK
Azteca Azul Silver Blanco and Azteca Azul Gold Joven are both distilled at the Camarena Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, and made from blue agave grown on the distillery’s estates in the Arandas Highlands and baked in traditional clay ovens.
“The Tequila market is exploding in the UK at the moment and there is clearly room for a new brand with attractive presentation, good provenance and a highly competitive price,” commented James Rackham, chairman of Emporia Brands.
“Azteca Azul is an exciting new brand that is designed to fulfill this need and destined for national retail distribution.”
Bottled at 38% abv, both versions are available for purchase at an RRP of £19.99 per 700ml bottle from www.drinksupermarket.com.
Until 27 May, Azteca Azul Silver and Azteca Azul Gold will be sold at a special introductory price of £14.99.
