Johnnie Walker Blue Label releases luxury Dunhill trunk
Johnnie Walker Blue Label has partnered with renowned designer Alfred Dunhill to release a luxury, limited edition Travellers’ Trunk.
Based on Dunhill’s classic vintage car trunk, the blue, birch wood case opens up to reveal a limited edition bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label, four engraved crystal glasses, a whisky funnel, a pari of ice tongs and a Dunhill hunter flask.
The trunk and its contents will be limited to just 500 pieces globally, although Johnnie Walker and Dunhill have also designed two additional gift packs that are easier to find.
The first is a the limited edition bottle itself, inspired by John Walker and Alfred Dunhill’s travels around the world, while a second, travel retail exclusive gift pack features a one-litre bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
The collaboration between Johnnie Walker and Alfred Dunhill follows that between the Diageo-owned brand and Porsche Design Studios last year. With the British luxury sector expected to achieve double-digit growth over the next five years, Diageo is keen to establish the Johnnie Walker brand here as a luxury item.

The collection will only be available through exclusive retailers.
