Sprizzato aperitivo is targeting the growing number of Aperol Spritz drinkers in the UK
Sprizzato is a bitter orange and citrus spirit with rhubarb and other botanicals designed to be served with Prosecco and soda water as a spritz serve, or in Negronis and Martinis.
Produced using ingredients from Padua, Sprizzato describes its taste as “sitting somewhere in between Campari and Aperol, less bitter than the former but slightly more so than the latter”.
Currently available in select London on- and off-trade outlets, Sprizzato is seeking a distributor to ramp up expansion nationwide.
Carrying an RRP of £18, the spirit is positioning itself as a boutique product.
