Liqueurs Masters 2012 entry deadline extended

Liqueurs, thanks to the sheer breadth of flavours and textures available, constitute one of the toughest categories to judge in the Masters series.

The Spirits Business Liqueurs Masters 2012

As a result, we have enlisted some of the best palates in the industry to evaluate their individual merits in this year’s Liqueur Masters competition.

With the spirits buyer from Waitrose, head bartender from the London-based Drake and Morgan bar chain, restaurant manager of Moti Mahal, and Wine and Spirits International owner, Dale Sklar chairing, the overall level of judging will be top notch.

Last year, the overall Grand Liqueur Master was Joseph Cartron with an impressive one Master for its Creme de Cassis de Bourgogne in the Cassis category, and two Golds for its Creme de Mure des Roncieres in the Fruit category and White Cacao in the Chocolate category.

Now the world’s greatest and smallest liqueurs producers are invited to see if they can’t match the level of the top notch French producer!

The deadline for this year’s Liqueurs Masters has been extended to 12 October. The results will be published int he November issue of The Spirits Business.
