Jägermeister set to rock the summer

Jägermeister is set for its biggest ever summer of music, investing in a nationwide Jägermeister Music Tour in April, followed by presence at over 25 festivals across the country.

The 2012 Jägermusic programme is expected to reach millions of people.

The 2012 programme has already kicked off with The Jägermeister Music Tour at O2 Academy venues in Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle, Brixton and Bristol between 10 – 14 April. These gigs featured bands that are currently supported by Jägermeister, including Skindred and Black Spiders.

The complete JägerTruck fleet of three specially customised ex-military vehicles has now hit the road, appearing in prominent, high footfall locations at some of the country’s most popular festivals, including Download, Wireless, Hard Rock Calling, V, Leeds and Isle of Wight.

The JägerTruck fleet includes; The JägerIce Truck, The JägerRock Truck, and The JägerTruck.

Tom Carson, Jägermeister Music Manager, added, “The Jägermusic programme is one of our key methods for driving trial amongst consumers. This year, the JägerTrucks alone will reach up to 3.7 million music fans across the UK throughout the summer. This represents a fantastic opportunity for licensees to take advantage of heightened consumer awareness. To maximise sales it is important that Jägermeister is stocked in the freezer to make sure consumers receive the ice cold serve they desire.”

Launched in 2003, the highly successful Jägermusic programme supports signed and unsigned rock bands in the UK.
