Hot n’Sweet releases mild Soft Licorice
Scandinavian spirits developer Strandgaarden Wine & Spirits is confident its latest development under the Hot n’Sweet brand, Soft Licorice, will be a success following its launch at Prowein in March.
A variant of the popular Danish candy spirit Hot n’Sweet, which combines Tyrkisk Peber licorice from Fazer in Finland with white spirit for a strong, salty flavour, Soft Licorice has been released to meet a demand from young and female drinkers.
With an alcoholic strength of 16% ABV, in contrast to Tyrkisk Peber’s 32% ABV, Soft Licorice is a sweeter, milder shot spirit.
Since its launch, the product has already been listed amongst duty free operators and several export markets.
