The Disaronno Diva

Disaronno will don its glad rags as it plays host at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Official After Party on 12 February 2012.

The event, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, will showcase a specially created drink, the Disaronno Diva.

The Diva is made with Disaronno, pineapple juice, lemon juice and Kummel, topped with Champagne. Garnished with silver pearls in the base of the glass and “sculpted” lemon, the cocktail will compete with many of the guests there for Best Dressed.

Other drinks will include the Disaronno sour and the Disaronno Godfather.

Recipe:

25ml Disaronno

10ml Kummel

15ml lemon juice

40ml pineapple juice

Champagneto finish

Method:

• Combine the Disaronno, Kummel, lemon and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
• Strain the mix into a flute and top up with chilled champagne.
• Garnish with silver sugar pearls and lemon zest peel.
