Sugarlands Distilling Company unveils Rye Apple Moonshine

Sugarlands Distilling Company has launched Rye Apple Moonshine, the result of a collaboration with distillers from Discovery Channel show, Moonshiners.

The new expression was created in partnership with Mark Ramsey and Digger Manes

The apple-infused rye moonshine was created from a collaboration between Sugarlands Distilling Company and Mark Ramsey and Digger Manes: two moonshiners and long-time friends who appeared on well-known Discovery Channel show, Moonshiners.

With the release of Rye Apple, Sugarlands Distilling Company now has 12 varieties of moonshine including Southern Sweet Tea, Old Fashioned Lemonade, and Butterscotch Gold.

“We are thrilled to bring Rye Apple to Sugarlands Shine fans everywhere,” Ramsey said, “we worked hard perfecting this recipe and we think it will be an instant hit with people across the country.”

Mark and Digger will join Jim Tom Hedrick, Mark Rogers, and Steven Ray Tickle as the newest members of Sugarlands Distilling Company’s Legends Series.

The group is comprised of a team of “legendary” moonshiners, all of whom have made appearances on the show.

In November the company added two unusual flavours to its moonshine portfolio – Blueberry Muffin and Peanut Butter and Jelly – as part of its new Outlandish Series.
