BrewDog readies to expand into spirits

Scottish brewer BrewDog is readying to launch a brand new spirits divisionBrewDog, Scotland’s largest independent brewer known for its innovative marketing, is planning to open a completely new distillery and is now seeking an “experienced” distiller to implement the division.
The distiller will work closely with an already appointed production manager to commission and oversee the installation of BrewDog’s new stills and design recipes for the company’s spirits portfolio.
“At BrewDog we’re constantly breaking the mould, so we’re looking for a distiller who is a natural innovator and possesses all the charm and panache to be a perfect ambassador for our new spirits projects,” the company said.
“You will be an open and honest communicator, good at building relationships with our suppliers to ensure the timely and cost effective procurement of relevant raw materials.”
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing distillery shifts and liaising with colleagues in BrewDog’s packaging and lab departments.
