Win a trip to St Lucia with Chairman’s Reserve

Chairman’s Reserve rum is encouraging bartenders to enter into the Chairman’s Reserve Cocktail Competition and be in with the chance of winning a trip to St Lucia.

The winner of the Chairman’s Reserve Cocktail Competition will win a trip to St Lucia

The competition, organised by Dave Marsland of Drinks Enthusiast, in collaboration with Emporia Brands, is being held at the Northern Restaurant and Bar in Manchester on Wednesday 19 March.

Entrants are asked to submit an original cocktail containing a minimum of 25ml of Chairman’s Reserve Finest St Lucia rum that can be recreated in front of the judges within five minutes.

The winner will travel to St Lucia courtesy of St Lucia Distillers, where they will experience rum training at the distillery, meet some of St Lucia’s best bartenders plus the chance to explore the Caribbean island.

Lyndon Higginson, of The Liars Club, Manchester, and member of this year’s judging panel, said: “I am already envious of the winner who will enjoy the Chairman’s XI experience in St Lucia later this year, visiting a world class distillery and meeting some great people.”

To enter bartenders should compete the online form at www.northernrestaurantandbar.co.uk with their recipe by midnight on Friday 28 February.

The judges will select the top five entrants who will be invited to demonstrate their drinks at the Drinks Live stage at Northern Restaurant and Bar on 19 March.
