Beam releases Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka

8th October, 2012 by Becky Paskin

Beam has taken advantage of America’s love of the humble pumpkin by launching a new vodka flavour, Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie, in select States.

The limited edition flavour has been designed to mimic the taste of one of America’s classic autumn desserts, long-associated with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The new Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka is described as having a rich, sweet pumpkin taste with spicy flavours of cinnamon and nutmeg “topped with a delectable dollop of whipped cream”.

Since joining Beam’s portfolio in April this year, Pinnacle vodka has continued to release a series of innovative flavour additions, including Cucumber Watermelon.

Kim Washington, senior director of Pinnacle Vodka, said: “As one of the fastest growing and most innovative vodka brands on the market today, we strive to maintain our commitment to the creation of quality, fun flavors that our consumers desire.

“Pumpkin Pie is a fantastic addition to our growing portfolio of unique flavors – one that we think offers a fun twist on the classic fall favorite, and keeps us on top of the flavor innovation leader board.”

The company suggests bartenders blend the new vodka with creme de cacao and chocolate milk to create a Chocolate Pumpkin cocktail.

Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka is now available in selected US markets for US$12.99
