Louers launches in Poland
Dutch vodka brand Louers has extended its international footprint and is now available in Poland.
Louers will have access to more than 150 venues in the country’s on-trade, including Level 27, a leading nightclub in Warsaw. It will also be in nine premium alcohol shop chains.
Louers founder Willem Louwers said: “This listing will give Louers a head start in the Polish market. We value our new partnership. We believe that their knowledge and experience in gastronomy will contribute toward establishing our vodka in the Polish market.
“The ambition was always to build a strong brand in one of Europe’s biggest vodka markets. Once our vodka is established in markets like Poland, our starting position in expanding to Northern America and Asia will be much stronger.”
Throughout the rest of Europe, the vodka is distributed by Anker Amsterdam Spirits.
In the past year, it has grown its presence in the region significantly, launching in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Estonia, Romania, Finland and Denmark.
Made in the Netherlands, the vodka is distilled six times, filtered through 12 layers of charcoal dust and bottled at 40% ABV. The liquid is presented in a silver chrome bottle studded with spikes.
At The Vodka Masters 2023 blind tasting, Louers took home a Masters medal – the competition’s highest honour.
Its RRP in Europe ranges from €99.95 to €149.95 (US$108 to $162).
