Moskovskaya taps into pink trend with new vodka
Vodka brand Moskovskaya is hoping to capitalise on the trend for pink gin with its latest product, a pink vodka flavoured with raspberries.

Launching in Spain to combat the country’s “special micro trend” for pink gin, Moskovskaya Pink is bottled at 38% abv and will be priced at RRP €11.50 (US$13) per 700ml bottle.
Renatas Alekna, global brand director of Moskovskaya Vodka, said: “Moskovskaya Pink vodka is our innovative answer to the popular pink gin trend, which has taken Spain’s market by storm as an explosive phenomenon.
“Moskovskaya is a well known and beloved brand here in Spain so we are really eager to have the first batch brought to us at the beginning of this summer.”
Moskovskaya Pink is flavoured with raspberries, lime and a “touch of juniper”, giving the vodka a “unique flavour profile” that is “mild and refreshing”.
Beatriz Álvarez, marketing director at Spanish distributor Varma, said: “Moskovskaya Pink is going to disrupt the vodka market in Europe thanks to the powerful flavour and innovative perfect colour”.
Earlier this year, Amber Beverage Group-owned Moskovskaya launched four new flavoured variants that give a “modern twist” to the eastern European tradition of infusing vodka with herbs and spices.
