English Spirit unveils ‘classic and unfussy’ rebrand
By Owen BellwoodUK-based distillery English Spirit has refreshed the packaging for its portfolio, which includes St Piran’s Rum, Apple Brandy and English Sambuca.
English Spirit has updated the packaging for the 14 spirits and liqueurs in its portfolio
The English Spirit, which produces 14 spirits and liqueurs is hoping to “visually align” its portfolio with the new design, and demonstrate that its “spirits are all part of the English Spirit family”.
The updated packaging design showcases product details on the front of each bottle; explaining how the drink has been made and providing key ingredients, tasting notes and serving suggestions.
James Lawrence, general manager at English Spirit, said: “At the heart of English Spirit is the desire to focus first and foremost on the quality of our products, so we wanted a look that is both classic and unfussy, and which heroes the contents of each bottle.
“The portfolio has been given a simple and elegant refresh, that communicates the personality of each individual drink, whilst bringing them together as a collective.”
Each bottle features the signature of English Spirit founder and master distiller Dr John Walters and the drink’s batch number, whilst further information about English Spirit can be found on the back of each bottle.
The brand has also added two new bottle sizes to “create distinctive looks for individual products”. Labelling elements have also been created to bring the story of each spirit to life.
The rebrand has been rolled out across the English Spirit range, and future seasonal products will be brought in line with the portfolio through key identifying features.
