Lone Wolf reveals packaging revamp

BrewDog’s Lone Wolf Spirits has given its gin and vodka brands a colourful redesign while simultaneously unveiling plans to launch a new tonic water next year.

Lone Wolf Gin has been given a design update

Lone Wolf Gin and Lone Wolf Vodka have been given a “distinctive colour sash” in keeping with the designs of the brand’s tonic water and gin and tonic cans range.

The new look aims to “improve differentiation” between Lone Wolf’s core range through colour cues, increase shelf visibility and better align the products with the rest of Lone Wolf’s portfolio.

Aberdeenshire-based Lone Wolf partnered with creative agency Robot Food on the redesign. The new bottles began their global rollout yesterday (25 October).

Steven Kersley, head of distillation at Lone Wolf Spirits, said: “Lone Wolf has come a long way since its launch last year and we wanted to ensure our packaging reflected the distillery we are today.

“We have big plans to expand our spirits range beyond gin and vodka, so this design allows us to add new products seamlessly.

“Our mission to redefine the spirits category meant we needed a future-proofed design to reflect that ambition.”

Furthermore, the Scottish distiller intends to expand its tonic water range with the launch of “light, crisp” tonic in early 2019.
