Syrup-filled syringes, bloodied rims and eerie eyeballs are just a few of the Halloween-themed paraphernalia to be used among these sippers.

Zombie Cocktail

Where: The Ivy Soho Brasserie, 26-28 Broadwick St, Soho, London W1F 8JB.

Price: £8.75

Ingredients: 35ml Brugal 1888, 12.5ml apricot brandy, 12.5ml lime juice, 50ml pineapple juice, 12.5ml grenadine.

Serve in a hurricane glass and garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated lime slice.

Piggale Punch

Where: Oriole, Smithfield Market, E Poultry Ave, London EC1A 9LH.

Price: £10

Ingredients: Grey Goose, pomegranate molasses, mulled Turkish pear juice, lingonberry cider, lemon juice, sugar.

Served in Oriole punch bowls for a minimum of two people.

Ingredients: 40ml Tanqueray, 10ml Aperol, 2.5ml Lanique Rose, 50ml pomegranate puree, 75ml cranberry juice, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar.

Ingredients: Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, lemon, egg white.

Served with Tawny Port in a syringe.

Biohazard

Where: STK London, ME London Hotel, 336-337 Strand, London WC2R 1HA.

Ingredients: 25ml Patrón Blanco, 25ml crème de peche, 20ml orange juice, 20ml passion fruit puree, 10ml lime juice, one drop of tobacco, one pinch of black pepper with hint of charcoal, one pinch of edible gold glitter.

Garnish with grenadine and maraschino cherry syrup at the bottom, and Angostura or Peychaud’s Bitters on the top.
