Trailer Happiness marks 15 years with Escapism menu
In its 15th year of operation, famed London bar Trailer Happiness has launched a new summer menu inspired by escapism.
London bar Trailer Happiness first opened in 2003
The Escapism menu is divided into three sections: Rum & Tiki Classics, Trailer Signatures and Trailer Classics.
It aims to offer a “unique sense of what tiki and escapism represent in today’s cocktail world, incorporating theatre to transport guests away from reality”.
Highlights of the menu include new serves such as Super Sonic Tiki Tonic, described as a rum twist on the classic G&T, and New Orleans favourite The Hurricane, a long and strong fruity rum Punch.
Classic serves from the Notting Hill-based bar also feature – Cotton Mouth Killer is made using Don Q Rum shaken with Wray & Nephew Rum, apricot brandy, Galliano, fresh Lime and guava and apple juices.
The Polynesian Princess is another one of the popular Trailer Classics, made using Finlandia vodka shaken with Chambord and watermelon syrup and topped with Veuve Clicquot Champagne.
Opened in 2003, Trailer Happiness is now owned by Sly Augustin.
