Stoli unveils glow-in-the-dark Night Edition vodkaBy Becky Paskin
Stolichnaya vodka has launched a new glow-in-the-dark bottle to attract attention behind the bar and become a show piece for consumers at home.
Stoli Night Edition features a label printed with glow-in-the-dark ink, which after a prolonged period subjected to light source, will glow in the darkness of a bar.
The front label has a hidden pattern, which can only really be seen when the lights go out.
“Those who appreciate a good party with friends, who love a well-crafted cocktail and enjoy the passion and excitement of nightlife – these people are the ones who’ve made Stolichnaya what it has been for more than 75 years and still is today,” said Marco Ferrari, chief marketing officer at SPI Group. “We celebrate and dedicate this new bottle design to them.”
Stoli Night Edition will be available from October 2013 in selected bars in the brand’s key markets, as well as at selected travel retail outlets from December 2013, where it will be available in a one-litre bottle.
