Teeling Whiskey Co unveils Vintage Reserve range
The Teeling Whiskey Co has unveiled the first release in a new series of Vintage Reserve single malt Irish whiskeys.
The Teeling Whiskey Co Vintage Reserve 21 YO finished in Sauterne casks
Debuting at Vinexpo Bordeaux next week will be the TWC Vintage Reserve 21YO silver bottling, containing Irish whiskey finished in Sauterne casks.
Bottled at 46% abv, the new release – priced at €180 (£150), will be showcased alongside the company’s Teeling Irish Whiskey small batch and Poitin offerings at Vinexpo.
The edition will be limited to 5,000 units, while the first batch will be restricted to just 250 bottles.
The release comes as news emerges that Stephen Teeling, marketing manager for Irish whiskey at Beam, has joined his brother Jack at The Teeling Whiskey Co as sales and marketing director.
