Glenlivet gets ‘Reserve and Collect’ service in TR
Pernod Ricard Travel Retail EMEA has strengthened its e-commerce offering with the launch of The Glenlivet ‘Reserve and Collect’ service in the UK.
Travellers in the UK can now reserve and collect The Glenlivet products from 20 airports
An online platform within The Glenlivet’s UK website allows travellers to use the World Duty Free ‘Reserve and Collect’ service for The Glenlivet products across 20 UK airports.
French drinks group Pernod Ricard said the move was indicative of its drive to raise consumer awareness of its products before they arrive at airports.
“We aim to deliver best-in-class services for travellers, offering the most relevant brand experience both online and in store,” said Caroline MacIntosh, Pernod Ricard Travel Retail EMEA digital manager.
“This pre-order service allows shoppers to plan ahead and purchase from this travel exclusive range from The Glenlivet from the comfort of their own home or on the go, and conveniently collect the item at their chosen departure terminal.”
In August last year, Pernod Ricard Travel Retail EMEA partnered with Harding Retail to launch the first interactive liquor retail space aboard the Cunard Queen Mary II cruise liner.
